SHIPPING AND RETURNS

CUSTOMER SERVICE

Most in-stock items ship within 24 hours, however, some orders may take up to 48 hours to process. Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or backordered. You will be notified and updated with a new ship date. Any shipping delays will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delays occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order. If you have any questions, please contact customer service at info@almostfamousclothing.com.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How Are Products Shipped?

Orders placed before 12:00pm PST will generally be shipped out on the same day*. Orders placed after 12:00pm PST will generally be shipped out on the following day with the exception of orders placed on a Friday. Those orders will ship out on the following Monday or next Business day (if Monday is a holiday). You will be notified via email once your order has been shipped. Shipping times can vary based on method chosen and delivery location. Orders are shipped via the method chosen at the time the order was placed. Please note that all shipping times are in business days. We currently offer 3 UPS shipping methods for Domestic orders: Ground (5-7 business days), 2-Day Shipping, and Overnight Shipping. No International orders will be excepted at this time.

RETURNS

What Is Your Return Policy?

Almost Famous will accept returns* for items purchased on the Almostfamousclothing.com store within 14 days of delivery date for a refund and 30 days from delivery date for store credit. Returns received after 30 days from delivery date will not be accepted. 

*No returns are allowed on Final Sale items.

All returns must meet the following criteria: unworn, unwashed, all tags must be attached, all accessories must be included, no perfume or other scents, no human or animal hair, no mfg. rips or tears, no other signs of being worn all original packaging and hangers must be included.

*Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Return an Item?

All returns require a valid Return Authorization # (RA). You can request your RA # by contacting customer service and following the instructions below in processing your return.

  1. Contact Customer Service. Call (888) 226-6223 &/or email info@almostfamousclothing.com. Supply your order ID and reason for the return to receive a RA#.
  2. Put returns in a box/bag.
  3. Write RA# on outside of the package and include RA paperwork.
  4. Ship It. 

How will my return be processed?

 Once a return arrives at our warehouse it will take us 10 to 14 days to receive, inspect and process. You will be notified via email once your return has been completed.       

Rejected returns will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order.

 What Happens If My Shipment Is Refused/Cannot Be Delivered?

Shipped items that are either refused by the customer or cannot be delivered by the carrier, will be returned to Almost Famous Clothing and the customer will be credited for the product cost and tax, less shipping and handling.  Customer will be required to place a new order and will be responsible for any associated shipping charges.

• No scents or odors
• No rips or tears
• No other signs of being worn
• All tags must be attached
• All original packaging must be included
• No COD (Cash/Check on Delivery) packages will be accepted

Failure to return merchandise as listed above will result in the return being rejected and returned to the customer without refund. You will be contacted via phone and/or email if your return is being rejected. Your return will be sent back to the shipping address on your original order.

How to send a return back

We recommended that you ship your return using a carrier who will provide your package with a tracking number to ensure that your package is returned to our warehouse. We suggest that you use UPS, FedEx, or Insured Parcel Post for your Return. We are not responsible for any returned packages that are lost in transit. We encourage you to use the most economical shipping method for your return. If your return warrants reimbursement of shipping costs, we cannot reimburse you for an amount greater than your original shipping cost.

Refunds

You should see a refund post to your credit card account within 2-4 business days. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this refund to your account once they have received the information from us. Returns, refunds and store credits may be made at the discretion of Almost Famous Clothing.
